APPROVED 2007 ANNUAL ACCOUNTS AND PROPOSED DIVIDEND
The Board of Directors of Comrod Communication ASA has in meeting 27.03.2008 approved the Board
report, consolidated accounts and parent company accounts.
Except some reclassifications, there are no changes to the accounts compared with preliminary figures presented with Q4 report
issued on 12th February 2008. Consolidated Operating income was NOK 290 million, EBIT NOK 29.6 million and Profit for the year NOK 12.3 million.
The Board proposes to the general meeting payment of dividend for 2007 of NOK 0.59 per share.
The complete Annual report will be published prior to the ordinary general meeting which is scheduled on 29 April 2008.
