CFO change in February
CFO Kjell Ove Hatlem has decided to pursue a career outside Comrod Communication Group. He will bring his current position to a conclusion after presentation of the Group’s Q4 results scheduled for 13 February 2009. From beginning of January till Q4 presentation he will share his time between Comrod Communication ASA and his new company.
Kari Duestad, current Finance Director of the subsidiary Comrod AS, will take on the position as Group CFO from 14 February 2009 in addition to her position at Comrod AS.
