The Board of Directors of Comrod Communication ASA
has in meeting 28.03.2012 approved the Board Report,
Consolidated accounts and Parent Company accounts.
There are no changes to the accounts compared with
preliminary figures presented with Q4 report issued
on 21. February 2012. Consolidated operating income
was NOK 286.2 million, EBITDA NOK 13.9 million and
Profit for the year NOK -24.3 million.
The complete Annual report will be published prior to
the Ordinary General Meeting which is scheduled on 27
April 2012.
