The quarterly report for the 4.th quarter of 2006 will be prepared for the holding company Comrod Communication ASA in accordance with the international accounting standard IAS 34. Equally the annual accounts will be prepared in accordance with the IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard). As a consequence the 2006 numbers will not include the subsidiaries Comrod AS and Lerc SA who were incorporated in 2007, only the holding company accounts.
The 4.th quarter accounts for Comrod AS and Lerc SA will be reported under segment information as composite antennas in the quarterly report under Hexagon Composites ASA. The presentation date is March 01, 2007. The demerger of Comrod Communication ASA from Hexagon Composites ASA was finalized with accounting effect from January 19, 2007. At the same time the subsidiaries Comrod AS and Lerc SA was transferred from Hexagon to Comrod Communication ASA.
