Notice is hereby given that the Annual Shareholder Meeting of Comrod Communication ASA will be held on Wednesday 29 April 2009 at 11.00 a.m.
For the benefit of travelling shareholders, the meeting will be at Victoria Hotel, Skansegt. 1, 4006 Stavanger (Norway), and consequently outside the municipality where the company has its registered office. Registration will take place from 10.30 a.m.
