Telescopic Composite Crank-Up Masts

Comrod has a complete range of telescopic composite crank-up masts to suit every possible headload.  Masts tubes are manufactured from epoxy-glass or epoxy-carbon composite material depending on the mast specification.

L-IDTM series masts are available in heights ranging from 6 to 20 metres capable of supporting headloads up to 60kg*. The H-IDTM series masts are available in heights ranging from 6 to 24 metres capable of supporting headloads up to 130kg*.  The IDTM series of masts are designed for supporting headloads such as line-of-sight (LOS) antennas, omni-directional antennas, electronic warfare (EW) antennas and cameras.

LMT extra heavy duty masts are capable of supporting very heavy headloads. These telescopic mast have been developed with a belt drive system which controls the mast upwards as well as downwards. Masts heights are available from 2.5 to 30 metres capable of supporting headloads up to 250kg*. The 2.5 and 5 metre models are self supporting so do not require guys.
