Training

Comrod understands the importance of user training to ensure both safe operation and optimize life cycle costs. Comrod provides a user manual with every mast that provides instruction to the operator in an uncomplicated and clear manner on how to safely erect, use, retract, maintain and store/transport the mast. The user manual provided with each mast describes the maintenance routine and schedule, and to overcome language barriers, Comrod manuals contain pictures/drawings depicting the operations and maintenance procedures. Comrod provides with each mast a weatherized erection procedure with drawings. Comrod can also provide new customers an on-site training class based on the “train the trainer” concept. The new customer class is provided at a location chosen by the customer. Scheduling of this class is accomplished through the customer’s Comrod point of contact. A customised training program can be offered on request on a fee basis.
